Technology Workshop Meeting

August 28-29

Sponsored by NIH, the SenNet Consortium is holding a Technology Workshop focused on Spatial Omics on August 28-29,  2023, for which we respectfully request your participation.

Spatial profiling and analysis play a major role in our ability to study single cell expression, cellular and tissue organization and cell-cell interactions. Several new technologies, platforms and analysis methods and algorithms have recently been introduced for spatial omics studies. In this workshop we will cover both the logistics, technologies and analysis for such studies with the goal of establishing a large scale benchmarking and integration project for SenNet.

Participants will be expected to either present, lead a session or lead a discussion related to their area of expertise. The workshop is limited to a small number of participants and we expect that those that attend will play an active and important role in our discussions and planning that will ultimately lead to position and / or analysis papers and scientific collaborations. If for some reason you cannot attend, please let us know who you may recommend to come in your place (taking into account the specific consortium you belong to).
