2024 4DN Hackathon

You are invited to participate in a hackathon to be hosted March 18-21st, 2024! The event is hosted by the 4DN Predictive Modeling Working Group at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

This is a general call for attendee applications for the 2024 4DN Hackathon. The hackathon is open to the general scientific community; students, faculty, and staff are invited to apply. About 40-50 applicants will be selected, and their travel and accommodations will be completely paid thanks to funding from the NIH.

Applicants will submit a resume and rank preferences to participate in one of the 9 student-led projects accepted in late 2023. Build something, learn from your peers, get familiar with 4D-Nucleome’s data and research, and show off what you know!

Interested candidates may apply here:  hack4dnucleome.github.io.

The priority deadline is midnight on December 31st, 2023. Applying by this deadline makes it more likely to work on your preferred project.

The final deadline to apply is midnight on January 20th, 2024 and is first-come first-served.
